can not login

Hello,

I made an account(on fawkz site) t0ma81 with a specific password however somehow it keep telling me I can not log in my account to fawkz(wrong pass? copy paste? is it joking?). Can there be done some check whats wrong on server end??
ip starts with 88.100.*.*
I am using same account as on eurobattle, with same war3 client. no problems at all.
Maybe it can be some diallowed characters I had in pass.

Second question is there way to reset pass? or is it possible via war3 client since its not on website?
